The bench cutter machine is manufactured entirely by AISI 304 stainless steel.
The SBC consists of a forming dough conveyor in which can fit:

• Knife mounting mechanism which cuts the dough
• Electronically driven cutting mechanism of the finished product to the desired dimension.
• Mechanisms folding the strip of dough around the filling
• Filling machine for liquid and pasty fillings

Various adjustments of the size and accessories of the machine can be made according to the customer needs
